Besides your experience, in a cover letter we would love to read why you want to join 21strategies. After we have received your application,
we will confirm this receipt by email. Should you issue an unsolicited application to us, we will examine possible options for you. In all cases we will get back to you within one to two weeks.
A second interview round includes a personal introduction to the responsible department. You will meet your report and other team members of 21strategies to obtain an impression who we are and how we work. Please also be prepared to let us know in greater detail about the projects you have executed during earlier occupations and about your achievements.
If your reference confirms our positive impression, we will make you an offer. Please note that our employment contracts always include a trial period of 6 months.
If we are interested in moving forward with you, we will schedule a first online interview with our hiring manager. We love to learn about you as a person as well as a professional.
After receiving your consent, we validate our positive impression of yours by conducting a reference call with a person that you have named to us. This step does not apply to interns.
When you start at 21strategies, you will be given an onboarding session that allows you to get to speed with your contribution.
